We aim to delivery all items within 2 working days. However, in most
instances your order will be despatched within 24 hours after your payment is
received.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there
may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. If an item is out
of stock it will not be charged for and may be re-ordered when back in stock. We
do not currently operate a backorder system - if an item is out of stock at the
time of order, you will need to re-order it at a later date.
We try our best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your papers and
embellishments, etc., and always send goods out in pristine condition. However,
we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, you
must contact the post office. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged
packaging before opening.
Our normal delivery method for UK orders is via Royal Mails' standard postage
service and are therefore dependant on their delivery schedules, however you may
wish to have your items delivered by recorded delivery for extra piece of mind.
Collect at Store
Please allow 24 hours before collection, unless otherwise agreed .
If order over £50, please put a note in the comments box to state you would like to collect.
UK Delivery
Postage will be charged at a flat rate of £2.85
We have no minimum order.
Free UK Shipping for all orders over £35.00
For International orders please select the correct postal zone
for your country, these are explained below. Please note we only accept paypal
as a payment method.
Please note we cannot post items over 2kg overseas as it is just too
expensive.
Europe Please select International Delivery Europe from the
delivery Method above for the rest of Europe (includes western and eastern
Europe)
Rest of the World Please select International ROW from the delivery Method for all countries outside of Europe including Middle East,
Africa, Indian sub-continent, SE Asia and Hong Kong. Sorry we cannot ship to USA or Canada.
You can check the status of your order online at any time to see if you item

Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders are taken against products before release. Payment is requested at the time the order is taken.
Where a Pre-Order is mixed with existing products we will generally wait until the Pre-Order arrives and then ship the whole of your order together. If you would like existing products to arrive earlier please either make a separate order or advise us at the time of ordering.
Our expected arrival date is based upon information provided to us by our suppliers. If this changes and becomes delayed we email you with an update.
Returns and refunds
If there are any problems with any item we send you, please let us know, and
we will put it right.
If you wish to return an order you have 10 days in which to do so. You must
email us at info@gorillagrafts.co.uk including your name, address, and order
reference.
We cannot accept the return of goods that you simply dont like. However,
goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned.
If you need to return any items we send then we ask that you email us first
with details. You will then receive a prompt and courteous reply and we will
issue a returns number which you will need to include with the returned item(s),
without this we will not be able to make a refund. We also ask that any items
you return are sent in appropriate packaging to prevent any damage during
transit.
We regret that we do not refund the cost of postage unless we have made a
mistake with the order. We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened
or used. You must contact us with 10 days of receipt of the items as part of our
refund policy.
Non Receipt
You should receive your item in 2/3 days of postage. I say this as Royal Mail
even first class is slow at times. Sometimes items are taking up to 2 weeks.
However, I pleased to advise we've only had a couple of parcels go missing. So
if you do not receive your parcel/package within 15 working days then we will
put a claim into Royal Mail on your behalf.
